Demon in Toronto

Little Mason descended on the city of Toronto this past weekend to terrorize the good people with his menacing combination of incomprehensible babble and erratic napping schedule. He was unleashed on Saturday afternoon and spent the following two days wandering the streets of the city's center, Yorkville, and numerous Tim Hortons throughout, sending the Olympic-happy Canadians running in all directions. Somehow we managed to capture these few photos in between the chaos and destruction.

More snow in Brooklyn

School was canceled yet again last week because of snow. All the kids in our building were out in the backyard (yes, we have a backyard!) throwing snowballs and making snow forts. Mason and Angel are a little too young for snowball fights, but definitely not too young to look especially cute out in their snowsuits.

Mason's First Girlfriend

We had lunch with Javier and Marina a couple of weeks ago, and Mason took advantage of the opportunity to flirt with their little girl, Marinita. The two whiled away the hours playing, napping and eating, with plenty of coos, screams and giggles.

Friday night bath

Dad's out of town, so Mason and I have been flying solo for the past few days. Tonight we added a new "toy" to the bath. Rubber Ducky isn't nearly as entertaining as Plastic Cup.
